Customers wishing to disconnect service must sign a disconnect order in one of two ways:
- By coming to City Hall, located at:
224 E. Bryan Street
Douglas, GA 31533
- By faxing a disconnection request to (912) 384-6730
Disconnection requests are not taken by phone.
Disconnection of services can normally be initiated within 24 hours notice, with the exception of weekends and holidays. A final bill will be sent out following service disconnection.
