Madison Avenue, Douglas, Georgia, for the consideration of an amendment to the Joint Comprehensive Plan for Coffee County and Cities of Ambrose, Broxton, Douglas, and Nicholls Comprehensive Plan by adding to Section II Plan Elements, Item 7 of the City of Douglas Community Work Program 2019-2023, Community Facilities & Services, by adding the following:
