Merchants in downtown Douglas will hold their first Spring Open House in conjunction with Georgia Cities Week activities. Main Street merchants will be having special sales and sidewalk sales on Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 10am – 2pm.
“We are excited about the Spring Open House,” says Pattie Merritt, Main Street Coordinator. “We hope that this will be a successful spring event and would like to see this become an annual retail Main Street occurrence.”
Coffee Alliance for the Arts will host a fundraiser at Atkinson Plaza. As a promotion for the Membership and Movies campaign, Alliance members will be handing out M&Ms. Anyone who joins the Arts Alliance will receive 2 season passes for CAA's classic movie series...a year's worth of entertainment at Rockin' 8 Cinemas in Douglas.
Participating merchants will be Kribs & Kradles, The Mall of Douglas, Classy 5 Boutique, Downtown Divas, Davis Gift & Jewelry, Oasis medAesthetics, Dresses & Dreams LLC., Norris Shoe Store, O'Malley Musical Instruments, The Painted Lady Boutique, Video Warehouse, Style City, Inc., & Windi’s Bridal Boutique.
