[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing: COA for 623 E. Bryan Street (Parcel Number D021 080)

The Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) of Douglas has a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) application from an applicant seeking to add a fence and gate to the existing building on the property located at 623 E. Bryan St., Parcel Number D021 080.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held to review the submitted COA by the HPC at their monthly meeting on November 18, 2025, at 4 p.m., at City Hall, located at 302 S. Madison Ave., Douglas, GA 31533.

The applications can be reviewed at the City of Douglas Community Development Department, Planning & Zoning Division, 302 S. Madison Ave., Douglas, GA 31533, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. Holiday hours may differ. Requests for reviews of the application may be made until November 18, 2025, prior to 4:00 p.m.

Anyone interested in or with comments, queries, or concerns regarding this location should attend this meeting and/or the public hearing on the above-stated date.
