The City of Douglas will hold a public hearing to discuss a medical cannabis application for Georgia Retail Pharmacy, LLC, at 903 Baker Hwy. W., that is seeking to dispense low THC oil and related products to registered patients. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 6:00 PM, at City Hall, 302 S. Madison Avenue., Douglas, Georgia 31533.
The application may be reviewed at City Hall in the Community Development Department, Planning & Zoning Division, 302 S Madison Avenue Douglas, GA 31533, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Holiday hours may differ. The review may take place between now through Thursday, July 17, 2025 by 5:00p.m.
