The Customer Service Center (City Clerk, Customer Care Center, Billing, Collections, and Meter Readers) will be closed on Friday, February 24, 2023 for their moving day to the new City Hall. Beginning Monday, February 27, 2023, Customer Service Center offices will re-open at City Hall and customers wishing to pay a utility bill, request utility services, or make changes to utility services will go to the new City Hall located at 302 S. Madison Avenue.
