On Saturday, April 10, 2021, the City of Douglas Water Department will be returning Well #4 to operation. The primary area that may be affected is the northside of Douglas. Water Department staff will be flushing the potentially affected areas overnight, however, some customers may experience discolored water. If a customer has rusty or discolored water, faucets should be allowed to run until the water runs clear.
