The Douglas-Coffee County Land Bank has sold its third property, located on Alunza Street in Douglas. The new owner, Salah Harrell, has returned to Douglas after receiving her law degree. Harrell plans to build a duplex or triplex on the property and rent the units to individuals in the community.
