The City of Douglas is advertising it's amended and restated Redevelopment Plan for Tax Allocation District #1. A public hearing will be held on Monday, November 9, 2020, 7pm, at the CE Weir Center (307 E. Bryan Street) for the revised Redevelopment Plan for the City of Douglas.
