Beginning Monday, January 27, 2020, contractors for the City of Douglas will begin making sewer repairs along Shirley Ave between Highway 32 East and East Bryan Street. Weather permitting, the repair work is scheduled to take three days, with completion expected by Wednesday evening, January 29, 2020. During this time, this section of road may be partially closed. Citizens are encouraged to use alternate routes and use caution in the area during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
